Jennifer's Spaghetti Sauce

2 lbs. lean hamburger meat
2 lbs. sausage
Brown, drain, and rinse

Add 3 T. olive oil, chopped onion, 9 cloves garlic (chopped). Sauté until
onions are clear.

Add:
2 - 28 oz. cans tomato puree
2 - 28 oz. cans tomato sauce
4 tsp. dried oregeno
4 tsp. dried basil
salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer 1-2 hours.

Serve with "zucchini" noodles, sautéed until crisp-tender - or with baked spaghetti squash - or with Paleo Meatballs (I did not use meat in the sauce when I used it on the meatballs). Makes enough to freeze half for later!
